if u have tyria map u can judt go to great temple of batlhazar there is a proffiseon changer for 500g (correct my spelling some1)

I think the one at the temple of balthazar is only for pvp characters

Not true. My PvE characters can go to the Temple to change their professions for 500g anytime.

Changing your second profession to any new class will cost you 500g (one-time). So if you're a R/A and you decide to try something new, you must pay Senji 500g to switch to R/Mo, for example. Once you pay, you can switch back and forth from R/A and R/Mo anytime you want, for free. The same goes for any other secondary you want to switch to.
